What is Oil Cake : -  Oil cake is a residue obtained after oil is removed from various oilseeds, It is rich in protein and minerals, and valuable as poultry and other animal feed ,soil compost, fertiliser due to their high protein, carbohydrate, mineral and nitrogen contents. It may be broken up and sold or be ground into oil meal.  It is also known as Press Cake, it is a byproduct of oil extraction from a variety of oilseeds.
